The hotel's location is superb, near popular stations and city center, with calm, clean rooms. The service is excellent with polite and helpful staff. The dining experience varies from good to disappointing. Facilities are adequate, but prices could be more reasonable.
The hotel offers good rooms with centralized A/C, but they don't accommodate triple occupancy easily and charge extra. The service stands out with wonderful and attentive staff, especially Sundar. The location is in a central area with access to the metro station. However, getting to and from the airport can be challenging. The dining experience varies but can be improved. Overall, a place with some highlights and a few drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with noticeable stains and dust. However, the staff's mannerism was pretty decent and friendly. The location was convenient but had some drawbacks like difficulty accessing the airport and tourist spots.
